This piece was designed for heavy metal band Slayer Symphony. The title of the album "Playtime in the Jungle" plays off of the image used for the cover. The image, photographed myself, is closeup on a deer skeleton, specifically the ribcage. It's a way to mimic a jungle gym that we all used to play on during recess in our elementary school days, and that is where the title comes in. To make the image well-suited for a heavy metal band, I edited the photo to make it look like an x-ray, giving a creepy look that is perfect for a heavy metal band. And when transferring the image to the cover, I wanted the look of a film strip.
